Over the past fifteen years, María has grown into the leading role of Managing Director of Hamburger Recycling Hungary, leading the team through significant change, including the commissioning of a new optical sorting line at our Csepel site, and a continued commitment to building a recycling system that performs at the quality the market demands.
Her approach to leadership is straightforward: clear goals, transparent communication, and staying close to the people and the work.
