We are pleased to announce that Dunapack Packaging Hellas, part of Prinzhorn Group, has entered into an agreement to acquire El Pack’s corrugated packaging operations in Greece, including the sites in Patras, Kapandriti and Thiva.
This important step further strengthens our presence in Southeast Europe and supports our long-term growth strategy. By combining El Pack’s strong local expertise with Dunapack Packaging’s regional network and integrated business model, we are creating new opportunities to serve customers even better across Greece and neighbouring markets.
We look forward to welcoming approximately 250 future colleagues to Dunapack Packaging and beginning this exciting new chapter together.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
