We offer our sincere gratitude to all our customers for their honest and constructive feedback in the Customer Satisfaction Survey we conducted with IPSOS Europe to better understand our customers’ expectations and to continuously improve ourselves.

The research has been completed with 2356 interviews throughout Europe and Turkey. We are delighted that we reached a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 57%, which is 15% above the IPSOS European B2B Benchmark.
